I visited my family in Bainbridge last March and tried Spiedies on venison. My family and I are HOOKED! We have since ordered a case of the marinade and need more! We have passed it on to so many down here in the south. Wish we could get it in stores here. I owe this wonderful find to my brother Andy Carr of Bainbridge, NY. He has made this southern belle a believer in Spiedies maranades! Thanks for the awesome maranades!

I am from the Owego/Apalachin area and relocated here in Tennesee where I have introduced my coworkers to Salamida's and you now have many fans here. We want to try and get our local stores to carry it as it takes up a lot of room in the car when I go up or family/friends come down from New York. It is the best now if we could only get Felix Roma to put in a bread factory down here. Spiedies on that great Italian bread... yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. It is the best meal ever. Nothing beats spiedies and Salamida's is the best sauce going!!!!!

My husband and I are transplanted Binghamtonians (from Windsor, to be exact) and every time we travel back home we have to have spiedies, buy some sauce to take back with us, or both. We served spiedies to about 20 of our closest friends last weekend and they were a big hit! I'm so glad you have a website.

Miss YANKEE great tasty foods wickedly! We have such a variety in NY. In TX it's..... BBQ; chicken fried steak; burgers; Oriental; Mexican; beans; and very rich desserts. Yes, some are tasty, but one gets tired of same ole, same ole. Bought some Spiedie sauce and brought it back to TX. Marinated pork cubes and made some very good tacos. Even my Spanish friend remarked how tasty the sauce is.

I love all the sauces. I grew up in Tully (Onondaga County) and I miss smelling spiedies on the grill. I haven't found any in stores here, but will be having some marinade (and salt potatoes) delivered by family later this summer.
Anybody in the Philly area, please let me know if you see it in stores!

The 1st time i had spiedies i was a teenager visiting Binghamton NY. I was there with my youth group at a workcamp where we fixed up homes of the elderly & poor. The locals were very thankful and as a way of saying thanks fixed spiedies for the entire group. On a recent trip to the supermarket i saw spiedie sauce & my friends thought i was a lunatic because i was so excited...until i fixed some for them now we all are hooked & have them almost weekly

I had my first speidi at Pancho's Pit in Vestal. Ever since then, I've been a big fan, and always picking up some when I'm home (Endwell). Unfortunately, I forgot to pick some up on my last trip and am plum out of sauce. So I went on the net and found your sight and an thrilled that I can order some without having to drive to NY. So thanks in advance, your product is the very best. By the way, I read some of the comments of others, and someone said it's sold in Wal*Mart. Is that a regional thing, or sold in everywhere? Nonetheless, it's great to be able to buyit on line. Thanks, Todd Kemp (M-E class of '67)

I love your products... The Spiedie Sauce is awesome with every kind of meat you can think of and the Garlicious is great when marinating on Shrimp then thrown on the grill I normally don't endorse products but I have been with yours... Thank you for such a fantastic product.

I grew up in the southern tier and now Serve in the Navy. I love spiedies and your sauce is the best. Everyone that has tried them has loved them. When my mother comes down to visit she usually brings me a few bottles.

my good friend from Watkins Glen, NY has been smuggling me Spiedie Sauce for several years when she visits in the spring. We LOVE it! We have turned other people on to it as well. It's so delicious, not like any other marinades out there, and we have tried lots. Please don't ever change the recipe!

The Spiedie Sauce is like nothing I've ever had before! The aroma from the grill while you are cooking brings people from the neighborhood wandering onto my deck just to see what smells so good. Greatest marinade in the world!
